Getting login Page but not able to access the em console page

Solution

Issue because of Less/Null Heap size settings in opmn.xml file

1. Bring dowm opmn services

2. Increase the Heap size for all opmn components

ex:  <data id="java-options" value="-server -Djava.security.policy=$ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/home/config/java2.policy -Djava.awt.headless=true -Dhttp.webdir.enable=false  -Xms512M -Xmx1024M -XX:MaxPermSize=128M -XX:AppendRatio=3"/>

 3. Bring up opmn services
